DESCRIPTION:Presented by Katie Campbell\, LCSW and Lindsey Parker\, LPC \nThe “mental load” or the invisible\, constant\, and often exhausting cognitive and emotional labor many moms carry—planning\, remembering\, organizing\, anticipating needs\, managing schedules\, and keeping the household and family running— is a burdensome weight on Moms. We will help shine a light on the unseen work mothers do\, how it impacts mental health\, and what healthier balance can look like.
