Canyon Creek Presbyterian Church has long recognized the importance of making professional support available for our congregation and the community offering help through changes and challenges. The Center will now offer these services in collaboration with our church and its ministries.
The Center accepts private-pay and our services are covered by most insurance companies and Employee Assistance Plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, allowing our clients to use their health benefits for mental health care.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Enter through the north entrance (door that points toward North Star Rd.) and take a right. Proceed down the stairs and take an immediate right to reach Rachel's office.
If utilizing the elevator, take it to the first floor. After exiting the elevator, take a right, go through the double doors, and then turn left to reach Rachel's office.
