First McKinney has long recognized the importance of making professional support available for our congregation and the community offering help through changes and challenges. The Center will now offer these services in collaboration with our church and its ministries.
The Center accepts private-pay and our services are covered by most insurance companies and Employee Assistance Plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, allowing our clients to use their health benefits for mental health care.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
As you arrive on the First McKinney campus, you can access parking from two main entrances on Louisiana Street (which is a one-way running West to East off of US75). Enter the second parking lot on the east side of the main buildings. Take the stairs down to the main building and enter through the first set of doors on your left. If you have mobility limitations or are uncomfortable maneuvering stairs, feel free to park in the first parking lot on the west side of the campus. After parking, enter the building at the Chapel door (west of the main Worship center doors) or walk around to The Counseling Center doors (east of the main Worship Center doors). Both entrances are labeled but they will also both be locked. When you arrive, someone will be able to buzz you in.
