Back to School Survival Kit

The school years are the most influential years in the lives of our children. We can all remember our teachers, our friends, the activities, and the routine. We, at The Center, want to help you make the most of every day with your children and have practical tools to deal with all of the ups and downs of family life. At this time of year, that means preparing for the school year.

We have compiled a Back to School Survival Kit of tips and tricks for everything from making the transition from the summer routine to the school routine to creating quality time to managing screen time to building healthy relationships as a family. Talk about these tips as a family, share them with friends, and put them into action to get the school year off to a great start.

Our therapists and psychologists are here to help you and your kids be happy and healthy. Whether it be through educational testing or counseling, we can help you navigate and overcome challenges to help your kids reach their potential. We wish you a wonderful school year!
