Philosophy
I assist individuals and couples in working through life’s challenges. I especially enjoy working with clients during times of life transitions (college/career/marriage/retirement). I strive to provide a caring and compassionate space where it is possible to heal, learn and grow. My desire is to help you improve your relationships with family, spouse, and community. I am passionate about self determination, the power of resilience and growth of inner strength.
