Philosophy
You are created with an inherent dignity and worth, and it is my greatest honor to walk alongside you in the times that you forget, doubt, or discover who you are. I believe that caring for the whole person–mind, body, and spirit, is essential for living life fully and authentically. Together we will draw from your strengths, honor your values and experiences, and build a path forward, because you already have more within you than you may realize, and my role is to simply help you find your way back to, or towards, your authentic self.
Celina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping people navigate life’s hills and valleys. Through her work in ministry, education, and nonprofit organizations, she brings a rich and grounded perspective to her work with clients from adolescence to adulthood, with particular expertise in adolescent development, identity formation, and crisis intervention, making her a trusted guide for teens and young adults navigating some of life’s most formative seasons.
Having spent much of her career working closely alongside helpers–educators, social workers, ministers, and nonprofit professionals, she has developed a unique and personal understanding of the toll that helping work can take. She has a special interest in working with those experiencing compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, burnout, or the weight of perfectionism.
Celina is a certified Enneagram Coach (shoutout to the 2w3s out there!). When she is not enjoying quality couch time with her chocolate lab mix, Olive, she is playing in her rec sand volleyball league, visiting a local coffee shop, and giggling with family and friends over a great meal.
