Philosophy
My philosophy when working with clients is grounded in the belief that people are the experts of their own lives and that healing happens within a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental relationship.
I strive to meet clients where they are, honoring their unique experiences, strengths, and cultural contexts. I take a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach and focus on building trust, fostering insight, and supporting clients in developing practical skills that align with their values and goals.
I believe therapy should be both compassionate and purposeful, balancing emotional processing with tangible strategies that promote growth, resilience, and long-term change. My goal is to empower clients to better understand themselves, increase self-compassion, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and authentic.
