I approach counseling from a relationship perspective where the relationship we build during counseling serves as a base where we can address each issue as it comes up. I primarily believe in an awareness approach where the more aware one becomes of the anxieties of life, the better they can be equipped to handle them: those issues could be spiritual, anxiety, depression, relationship troubles, past traumas, etc. When we become more aware of the issues and their roots we can determine the best path forward and practice reaching our potential. I look forward to getting to know you and serving you the best I can.

Dalton Berryhill is a Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate who received his Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor.
