Philosophy
My goal for therapy is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can process life’s challenges. My approach integrates professional therapy techniques with a deep understanding of faith, emotional resilience, and personal growth. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, past trauma, or major life transitions, I’m here to help you move forward with confidence and hope.
Dr. Robinson is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who received her doctorate in Professional Counseling (PhD) from Liberty University. Dr. Robinson’s focus is on helping individuals and families build good relationship with one’s self and with others. Through mediation, education, and therapy, Dr. Robinson guides her clients in building new skills and developing coping strategies to help deal with areas of concern such as anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, and emotions that get in the way of healthy interactions and succeeding in life. She has provided counseling services in a number of different settings – inpatient/outpatient clinics, churches, universities, and private practice.
In her free time, Dr. Robinson enjoys her four grandchildren, spending time with family, friends and cooking, music, art, and doing most anything outdoors.
