Philosophy

It is my goal to foster a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can show up as their full selves and know that they are embraced and accepted for all that they are—and all that they are becoming. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and it is my honor and privilege to walk alongside clients on their unique healing journeys. I believe that each and every person already has exactly what they need within them, and I aim to empower you with the tools you’re looking for to not only heal, but thrive.

Haelee received her Bachelors in Communication from Grand Canyon University and her Masters in Social Work from Baylor University, where she specialized in children and families. During her graduate internships, she worked with youth experiencing homelessness and provided mental health support to at-risk students at a local high school. Upon graduating, she worked as a school social worker with high school students, providing individual and group counseling on campus, as well as crisis assessment and management. She is passionate about providing quality, accessible mental health care that meets the unique needs of each person. She takes an eclectic, client-centered approach that draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities and is tailored to the strengths of each individual.

In her free time, Haelee enjoys reading, exploring new coffee shops, getting outside, and spending time with her family and friends. On the weekends, you’ll usually find her curled up with a good book or trying a new recipe.
