Jacquelin has been given opportunities to work and touch the lives of refugees and those living in trauma, to serve people in poverty in the slums of Latin America and Kenya, and advocate for the underserved and voiceless. In her practice she has learned how to use tools and training to benefit the body of Christ: counseling people of diverse backgrounds and cultures through abusive and traumatic situations, supplying the church members in slums with resources, and advocating for members in local ministries to best fulfill their mission. She has seen that psychotherapy is an powerful tool the Lord uses to meet people where they are in life, with all of its struggles, and provide healing.
