I believe that every person is unique in their own way and that God gave us each our own strengths to embark on this journey called life. In therapy, I hope to bring out these strengths within clients as well as other coping mechanisms to help them deal with and manage life in a way that helps the client better understand their meaning and purpose in life. I also strive to help clients live a more fulfilled life. I am committed to helping clients face the challenges that life brings us and helping overcome them.
Kimberly started her educational journey as a junior at Texas Tech University straight out of high school. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Psychology. While attending Texas Tech, she spent her undergrad years working under Dr. Sheila Garos in the Sexuality, Sexual Health, and Sexual Behavior research lab. She also worked under Dr. Jason Van Allen in the ENERGY (Examining Nutrition, Exercise, and Rest in Growing Youth) lab.
Kimberly is currently attending Dallas Baptist University pursuing her Masters in Professional Counseling. She likes to spend her free time working out, with her dog, Layla, or doing anything that will get her out of the house.
Kimberly sees clients at community partner locations as part of our PACT program. For more information about our PACT Program and community partners, please click HERE.
