Philosophy

As a therapist, I hope to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment for clients to heal, grow, and share their stories. I look at therapy as a collaborative process where clients can have a space to navigate their personal journeys and build resilience. In therapy, I hope to support clients with helping them create a toolbox they can utilize when navigating challenging situations. I believe in looking at individuals with a holistic perspective –physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional—as all of these aspects impact our unique paths.

I find it a privilege to partake on this journey with you as you look towards this new season.
