Philosophy
“Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:32
My goal is to provide clients with a safe space to practice vulnerability, so that they gain a sense of freedom by uncovering truths about their thought processes and circumstances. I hope to help clients live their lives to the fullest by focusing on the whole person.
Lindsey has counseled adolescents and families in both in-patient and out-patient settings. She has led process and psycho-educational therapy groups as well as developed and directed a therapy group for adolescent girls who had been sexually exploited. Lindsey has led groups for mothers with young children through her volunteer work with Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPs). In her spare time, she teaches small groups for women’s bible studies and for her church youth group.
Lindsey loves playing tennis, taking her dog on walks, and spending time with her husband and three children in her free time.
