I believe that clients are able to thrive in an environment where they feel comfortable and valued. My approach when working with them is to understand their goals, meet them with patience and respect and help them come up with realistic solutions that will tackle their needs. I want every client to feel understood and know that they have someone who supports them in their struggles.
As a student, I hope to keep developing my skills and continue learning from each individual to better support them.
Natalie has been connected to her community since she was young. In fact, she attended one of the PACT locations, Wesley Rankin Community Center, as a child. Her time at Wesley Rankin shaped her values and inspired her to serve others in the community. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Texas at Dallas, earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2023. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in clinical counseling with graduation expected in December 2026.
Natalie has also broadened her experience with children by working as a substitute teacher, a position that offered practical skills for her development as a counselor.
In addition to seeing clients at our Central Office, Natalie sees clients at community partner locations as part of our PACT program. For more information about our PACT Program and community partners, please click HERE.
