Philosophy

I believe that healing happens in the context of safe, authentic connection. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and a belief that wholeness is possible. I see therapy as a sacred season—one where we do the meaningful, sometimes messy work of uncovering what’s been holding you back and building something more secure in its place. Whether you’re navigating personal growth, relational challenges, or spiritual questions, I work to equip you with tools that can serve you long after therapy ends.

Paulina is a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, supervised by Nadine Greer, LMFT-S. She specializes in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a clinically proven, attachment-based model that helps individuals and couples create lasting change through secure connection. Her work is deeply influenced by her own story—shaped by the beauty and brokenness of family, faith, and resilience. In addition to her clinical training, she integrates biblical wisdom and psychological research to create a safe, culturally sensitive space where clients can explore, heal, and grow.

Outside the therapy room, Paulina enjoys about slow mornings, good conversation, and finding beauty in everyday rituals—like brewing herbal tea or going for walks with her husband. She’s a lover of stories in all forms—books, podcasts, and people’s lived experiences—and enjoys hosting The Good Love Co. Pod, a podcast she co-leads with her husband exploring relationships through the lens of scripture, psychology, and humor. She also loves spending time with her family, dancing to a good bachata, and dreaming up next travel plans.

In addition to seeing clients at our Central Office, Paulina also sees clients at community partner locations as part of our PACT program. For more information about our PACT Program and community partners, please click HERE.
