I believe that emotional health, similar to physical health, is an integral part of a person’s ability to thrive. Just as physical strength helps one run longer and climb higher, emotional health helps a person navigate the obstacles that pop-up in our daily lives. As we tackle these things, our resiliency and understanding increases. I believe we are then freed-up to experience life how we want to instead of being controlled by the things that happen to us. I am here to partner with you and/or your Little One in this process. If you would like to learn tools to use or you are ready to re-orient yourself to address a difficulty that has or is occurring in your life, we can walk through this together. Emotional health can be difficult to face, like a new exercise routine, but it is well worth it! Here’s to the process!

Sarah is currently in her third year at Dallas Theological Seminary pursuing a degree in Biblical Counseling. She has taken classes in marriage and couples counseling, interpersonal communication and trauma conditions. She was formally trained in Spanish at University of Arkansas and has acted as a translator in legal depositions and at a non-profit clinic. She has led multilingual discipleship and Bible study groups in a ministry context previous to her time in Dallas.
