Ms. Glassmoyer has served in numerous development, event planning and
leadership roles, including chair positions with Kappa Tablescapes,
Equest Women’s Auxiliary, Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas, Salvation
Army, Genesis Women’s Shelter, Highland Park United Methodist Church and
Armstrong Elementary School in the Highland Park Independent School
District.
A member of the Crystal Charity Ball Committee since 2015, Glassmoyer
has chaired its Beneficiary Selection and Silent Auction committees and
served annually on its charity review, research, leadership,
underwriting, children’s book and auction committees.
For La Fiesta de Las Seis Banderas, “The Park Cities Festival Meeting
Community Needs,” Glassmoyer has chaired the Preview Luncheon,
Presentation Gala and Corporate Underwriting, securing record dollars
for this organization.
Glassmoyer also has served as President of the Park Cities National
Charity League and on several other boards including North Texas Food
Bank, Ronald McDonald House, Hope Supply Company, Booker T. Washington
High School for Performing & Visual Arts, Kappa Kappa Gamma, and the
Board of Governors for the Texas Ballet Theater.
Ms. Glassmoyer earned a degree from Southern Methodist University,
while volunteering as a creative writing mentor to students at DISD’s
Ben Milam Elementary School and learning to produce photo shoots for
Neiman Marcus during college. She went on to become a partner at The
Glassmoyer Group, a creative direction consulting firm, where she led
advertising and sales.
