Philosophy
My philosophy when working with clients is to be empathetic, trustworthy, and create a safe space where they feel comfortable opening up. I believe in meeting clients where they’re at, really listening to their story, and working together to set goals that feel realistic and meaningful for them. I see my role as walking alongside them with support and compassion while helping them recognize their own strengths and ability to grow.
Victoria’s experience as a behavior technician has given her the opportunity to work closely with children with autism, helping them grow through individualized support and care. Her training at Dallas Baptist University has also shaped her approach by combining clinical skills with a faith-based perspective. Growing up in a Hispanic family in El Paso taught her the value of community, culture, and resilience, which she now carries into her work. These experiences continue to shape her commitment to meeting clients with empathy, patience, and respect.
Victoria enjoys spending time outdoors, going for walks, and playing golf. She values time with friends and family and looks for ways to serve others in her community. She also works with children with autism, which has deepened her compassion and strengthened her desire to support others.
Victoria sees clients at community partner locations as part of our PACT program. For more information about our PACT Program and community partners, please click HERE.
