Therapy is a necessary process to be able to be open and transparent about problems we are carrying in order to heal as well as to learn to manage and solve our problems. Seeking therapy can be a daunting process, however I can walk along you through that process. For me the most important thing is your well-being and that you know that you are not alone in your therapeutic journey. I am passionate about the opportunity to heal the heart, mind, body, and spirit and helping you find your strength through the challenges you may be facing. I am here to listen, support, and offer you hope as you open up about life’s difficulties.
I provide therapy in English and Spanish to adolescents, adults, and couples. I also have experience facilitating group therapy for adolescents and I give talks and workshops on various topics.
I am a born and raised Texan and received my M.A in Professional Counseling at Dallas Baptist University. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and extended family. My hobbies include spending time in the outdoors, relaxing through praise and worship, and joining my husband in Olympic weight lifting.
